Our compost pit is two-staged. As you can see our first stage is on the left and is further decomposed and the newer compost is on the right. We collect organic matter from local restaurants and neighbors. Compost is the result of organic matter, water, bugs, bacteria, air and time. It can be mixed in with the soil and provides a rich source of vital nutrients and a source of beneficial bacteria for plants.

If you don’t have enough space in your backyards but you want to do composting, a compost kitchen container is recommended for you.
